International Orders – Frequently Asked Questions
International Orders – Frequently Asked Questions
We ship internationally to customers in the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Denmark, Australia, and other countries. This page answers the most common questions about duties, taxes, order holds, and delivery for international orders.
Will I be charged duties or import taxes on my order?
For customers in our supported international markets — including the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Denmark, and Australia — duties and import taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. There are no surprise charges to pay upon delivery. This is sometimes called Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
If you are ordering from a country not listed above, duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are displayed and charged in your local currency where supported. For countries in our international markets, your checkout total will reflect the local currency equivalent, automatically converted from USD using current exchange rates. The final amount on your bank or card statement may vary slightly depending on your payment provider's exchange rate.
Why is my order on hold after I place it?
International orders are sometimes placed on a short hold as part of a standard compliance and fraud review. This review is conducted automatically and is designed to protect both you and us. Most orders are released and move to fulfillment within 1–2 business days.
You will not be charged anything additional as a result of this review. Your payment is only processed in full once your order passes review and is released.
When will my payment be taken?
For international orders subject to a hold, payment capture may occur after the hold is released and your order is cleared for fulfillment. Depending on your payment method and bank, a pre-authorisation may appear on your account during the review period. Please allow 1–3 business days after your order is placed before contacting us about payment status.
How long does fulfillment take after my order is released?
Once your order is released from hold, it is prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for packing and handover to our shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
How long does international delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping option selected at checkout. As a general guide:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Canada, France, Denmark: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–18 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–21 business days
These are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status at any time.
If you placed your order as a guest, check your original order confirmation email for your order details.
My order is stuck in customs — what should I do?
For orders in our supported international markets (UK, Canada, France, Denmark, Australia), duties are prepaid so customs clearance should be straightforward. However, customs authorities may occasionally request additional documentation or delay clearance independently of us.
If your tracking shows your order has been held in customs for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. We cannot guarantee outcomes with customs authorities, as these are government agencies operating independently.
Can I return or exchange an international order?
Yes. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on international returns, including who covers return shipping costs and how refunds are processed. Duties and taxes included in your original order may not be refundable depending on your country's import regulations.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my international order?
If you have any questions or concerns about your international order, please reach out to us directly. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days.
You can find our contact details on our Contact page.
